  • 4 cups chopped Broccoli (about 1 head)
  • 4 cups chopped Cauliflower (about 1 head)
  • 3/4 cup Golden Raisins
  • 1/2 cup finely diced Red Onion
  • 1/3 cup Salted Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Cheese Crumbles

Instructions

  1. In a heavy-bottom pan or cast iron skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crisp. Set aside.
  2. Chop broccoli and cauliflower into small florets, dice the onion, and crumble the cheese.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, raisins, onion, sunflower seeds, cheese, and turkey bacon.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, vinegar, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and stir to coat evenly.
