  • 2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
  3. Fill each pear half with crumbled feta cheese, then top with dried cranberries and chopped walnuts if using.
  4. Drizzle honey over the filled pears and bake for 20-25 minutes until soft and slightly golden.
