  4. Bake for 90 minutes; then cool in the oven for an hour with the door slightly ajar.
  5. Prepare berries by mixing them with sugar and lemon juice.
  6. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  7. Assemble by spooning whipped cream onto the cooled meringue and topping with mixed berries.
