Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14oz / 397g)
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter (14g)
  • 3.4 oz Dark Chocolate (100g)
  • Vermicelli (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate, unsalted butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
  2. Scrape the bottom of the pan frequently to prevent burning, cooking until you can draw a line in the mixture that takes about 2 seconds to fill back in (approximately 10 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool completely before refrigerating until chilled.
  4. Once chilled, use a teaspoon to scoop portions about the size of a walnut. Roll each portion into a ball using your hands.
  5. Roll each ball in vermicelli or preferred toppings and place them into paper liners for serving.
