  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 7 ounces vegan marshmallow crème

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar (for white chocolate layer)
  • 6 Tbsp butter (for white chocolate layer)
  • 6 Tbsp heavy cream (for white chocolate layer)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegan marshmallow crème (for white chocolate layer)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for white chocolate layer)

Instructions

  1. For the butterscotch layer, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in butterscotch chips, followed by vegan marshmallow crème and vanilla extract. Spread into a parchment-lined pan and freeze until set.
  3. For the white chocolate layer, repeat similar steps using sugar, butter, heavy cream, and white chocolate chips.
  4. Once set, spread the white chocolate mixture over the chilled butterscotch layer and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until fully firm.
  5. Cut into approximately 30 bite-sized squares.
