  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
