- 2 cups cantaloupe melon, cut into chunks
- 2 cups cucumber, chopped into half-moons
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 15 fresh mint leaves, torn or chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime

- Prepare all ingredients: Cut cantaloupe into chunks or use a melon baller; chop cucumber; crumble feta; and tear mint leaves.
- In a large bowl, combine cantaloupe, cucumber, feta, and mint.
