  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Extract (water-Free)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in sugar, flour, and vanilla extract while continuing to mix until fully combined. Beat in eggs one at a time until just incorporated.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for another hour.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add sliced bananas and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Finish by sprinkling cinnamon on top.
  6. In a saucepan, mix together Vanilla Extract (water-Free), brown sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  7. Once completely cooled, top your cheesecake with caramelized bananas. Drizzle with your prepared vanilla extract glaze before serving immediately.
