  • 1 head cauliflower (or 4 cups), sliced
  • 2 cups Swiss Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the cauliflower slices evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle half of the shredded Gruyere cheese over the cauliflower and add all sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the remaining cauliflower slices on top.
  5. Pour heavy cream evenly over the layers and top with the remaining Gruyere cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 40 minutes until fork-tender and golden brown.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
