  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken cubes to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil and add your chosen pasta.
  5. Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions, then drain well.
  6. Slice the tops off each kaiser roll and hollow out the centers carefully.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning and brush inside the hollowed bread bowls.
  8. Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  9. In the skillet with cooked chicken, add drained pasta and Alfredo sauce, stirring until everything is evenly combined.
  10. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the chicken Alfredo mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  11. Return filled bread bowls to the oven for an additional 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
