  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and black pepper. Coat chicken pieces and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
