  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot and cook fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large serving bowl, combine the cooled pasta with chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes. Pour half of the dressing over the mixture.
  4. Toss gently to combine. Add remaining dressing as desired. Adjust seasoning before serving.
