  • 1/3 Cup Almond Butter (or any nut butter)
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your silicone muffin tray by ensuring it is clean and dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey, and pumpkin spice. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each muffin cup to create the base layer.
  5. Add a spoonful of the pumpkin filling on top of the chocolate layer, then cover with more melted chocolate.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until set. Once firm, pop out the cups from the silicone tray and enjoy!
