Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons milk, plus more if needed
  • 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Heat the flour in a microwave-safe bowl for 50-60 seconds to eliminate raw taste; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in salt and vanilla.
  3. Add heated flour to the butter mixture; gradually mix in milk until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until well combined.
  5. In a deep container like a loaf pan, layer half of the whipped mixture and drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top. Swirl gently to incorporate.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
