Creamy Garlic Beef Pasta is a delightful dish that brings together tender beef and a rich, velvety garlic cream sauce, making it perfect for any weeknight dinner or special gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve about ½ cup of pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add beef broth and scrape up any bits from the pan. Pour in heavy cream along with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Toss in cooked pasta and beef, mixing well to coat in the sauce. If necessary, add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until combined. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
