  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil, divided
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced chicken in teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until done.
  3. In a bowl, mix coleslaw with green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and remaining sesame oil.
  4. Fry wonton wrappers in hot oil for 20-30 seconds per side until crispy.
  5. Fill each crispy wrapper with cooked chicken and prepared coleslaw; drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro before serving.
