  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice apple vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, add the frozen meatballs along with the drained pineapple chunks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, soy sauce, rice apple vinegar, and brown sugar.
  3. Grate the ginger and garlic using a micro-plane; add to the sauce mixture.
  4. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker and gently toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours or LOW for 5–6 hours until heated through.
