3–4 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
14 oz high-quality smoked turkey sausage
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Wash and peel the potatoes; cut them into small cubes. Slice the turkey sausage into bite-sized pieces.
In the crockpot, layer half of the diced potatoes, followed by half of the sliced turkey sausage and half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat these layers.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until everything is tender.
