  • 34 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 14 oz high-quality smoked turkey sausage
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes; cut them into small cubes. Slice the turkey sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In the crockpot, layer half of the diced potatoes, followed by half of the sliced turkey sausage and half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat these layers.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until everything is tender.
