Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen homestyle meatballs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (smoky or bold)
  • 1 cup grape jelly (or raspberry/cherry/pineapple preserves)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your Crockpot with cooking oil for easy cleanup. Add the frozen meatballs in an even layer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce and grape jelly until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently turn to coat evenly.
  4. Cook on Low for 4–5 hours or High for 2–3 hours, avoiding lifting the lid during cooking. If the sauce is thin at the end of cooking, remove the lid and cook on High for an additional 20 minutes to thicken.
