  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries, semi-crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the softened butter until creamy. Add brown sugar, flour, and salt; mix until combined. Reserve some mixture for topping.
  3. Press the remaining mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate over the baked crust, sprinkle reserved mixture on top, then add semi-crushed raspberries.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until set. Cool before cutting into bars.
