  • 3/4 cup toasted kataifi
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1.5 cups chocolate mousse

  2. Make the pistachio cream using your favorite recipe while the cake cools.
  3. In a skillet, toast the kataifi over medium heat until golden brown.
