- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2.25 oz sliced black olives
- 1/2 – 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until completely cooled.
