  • 12 oz (350g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  • 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon banana ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch (2.5cm) ginger (minced)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Pompeian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes with soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, banana ketchup, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
  4. Preheat grill or grill pan; grill skewers while brushing with olive oil until cooked through and charred on all sides.
