  • 1/2 cup pretzel crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (separated)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup pretzels (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix cookie crumbs, pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and dark brown sugar until well combined. Press mixture into a pie dish and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. In another bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form; gently fold into peanut butter mixture.
  3. Pour filling into cooled crust; freeze for at least 3 hours.
  4. For the topping, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with remaining heavy cream. Drizzle over the pie and top with chopped pretzels before serving.
