  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ΒΌ cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons additional fruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (for the rim of your glass)
  • sprinkle of chili powder and salt (for the rim of your glass)
  • lime slices (optional)
  • fresh pineapple chunks (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine ice cubes, frozen pineapple chunks, lime juice, coconut water, and additional fruit juice. Blend until you reach a slushy consistency.
