  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 can (8-10 oz) artichokes (diced)
  • 1 bag (10 oz) organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, mozzarella, parmesan, diced artichokes, defrosted spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking dish or cast iron skillet and spread evenly.
  3. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and grated parmesan on top.
  4. Preheat your oven to 325°F and bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly bubbly. Broil for an extra 2 minutes if desired for a golden finish.
