  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (drained), minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-fry for 6–7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Slice into strips.
  3. In serving bowls, layer romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and grilled chicken. Top with tzatziki before serving.
