  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

  • 3 cups vanilla buttercream frosting
  • 1 bag chocolate chips

  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; gradually add to the wet mixture until smooth.
  6. Divide batter evenly among prepared cupcake liners.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; allow cooling.
  8. Prepare your piping bag with vanilla buttercream and pipe into ghost shapes on cooled cupcakes.
  9. Place two chocolate chips on each frosted mound for eyes.
