  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
