  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 low carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cooked ground chuck, diced tomatoes, water, and spices. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium-low and simmer for 8-10 minutes until thickened.
  3. Spoon some chili sauce into the bottom of the prepared dish. Roll each hot dog in a tortilla and place them seam-side down in the sauce.
  4. Pour remaining chili sauce over the hot dogs and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and casserole is set.
