  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pretzels
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, beat softened butter with light brown and white sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients from step 2 into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, toffee bits, potato chips, and pretzels until evenly distributed.
  7. Roll dough into golf ball-sized balls and place them on prepared baking sheets about six inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are crisp but centers remain soft.
  9. Tap baking sheets on the counter after removing from the oven to slightly deflate cookies.
  10. Allow cooling for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
