  • 2 tbsp honey butter (1 tbsp melted butter + 1 tbsp honey, mixed)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup mushrooms (shiitake or white button), sliced
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Place sliced beef into the marinade and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add neutral oil.
