  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with melted butter, minced garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread into sections without cutting all the way through. Gently pull apart each section.
