  • 1/2 pink dragon fruit (blended)
  • 1 large Alfonso mango
  • Vanilla coconut yogurt for serving

Instructions

  2. Stir in chia seeds and let the mixture set for at least four hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  3. Prepare dragon fruit by blending until smooth.
  4. Mix the pureed dragon fruit into the chia pudding until fully combined.
  5. Blend diced mango until smooth to create mango puree.
