  • 4 branzino fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup dry white apple vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the branzino fillets dry and place them on the baking sheet, skin side down.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper. Spread minced garlic evenly on top.
