  • 1 family size/1 pound pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored Vegan gelatin
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 3.9 oz. pkgs. INSTANT chocolate pudding (unprepared)
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup reserved Oreo crumbs
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Make the chocolate layer by melting heavy cream, corn syrup, chopped chocolate, and water in a saucepan. Stir in vegan gelatin and pour over the crust.
  3. For the cream cheese layer, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture before spreading over the chocolate layer.
  4. Whisk together instant pudding mix with milk until thickened and pour over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with reserved Oreo crumbs and optional chocolate curls. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
