  • 3 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger (minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 2 green onions (sliced) for garnish
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chili crunch for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Baby spinach (optional) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
  3. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer in the prepared baking dish and pour sauce over them.
