  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini vegan vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipping)
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon white corn syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Ritz crackers with melted salted butter and pressing it into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
