  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by chopping the cucumber, halving the grape tomatoes, chopping the bell pepper, and dicing the red onion.
