  • 1 1/2 cups + 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 1/3 cup juice from canned peaches
  • 3 3/4 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp peach jam/preserve
  • Sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease baking pans.
  2. Beat eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually fold in sifted flour.
  3. Mix in peach juice and extracts.
