  • 4 (8 oz) packages softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1½ cups warmed strawberry topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter in another bowl until creamy. Gradually add sugar, flour, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for about 50 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Allow to cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour.
