Instructions

  2. In one bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the eggs, pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a rubber spatula until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
  6. Spoon the batter into prepared muffin tins, filling each cavity about three-quarters full. Bake for approximately 16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
