  • 1 can (14 ounces) dulce de leche
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 box (14 ounces) crushed Nilla Wafer cookies
  • 16 ounces Ghirardelli dark chocolate wafers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, dulce de leche, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed Nilla Wafers. Stir until well blended.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop one tablespoon of the mixture onto the sheet and repeat until all is used. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen truffle in melted chocolate and return them to the parchment-lined sheet. Drizzle remaining chocolate over truffles using a Ziploc bag.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.
