  • 8 oz lobster meat
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter (divided)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, add lobster and crab, cooking until heated through. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine seafood mixture with cream cheese, half the mozzarella, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions. Drain and cool slightly before filling.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter; stir in flour to make a roux. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth; add cheeses and cook until creamy.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some cheese sauce in a baking dish. Stuff each shell with the seafood filling and place it in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
