  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne.
  2. Grill shrimp over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Mash avocado in a small bowl; add red onion, cilantro, jalapeño (if desired), lime juice, and salt.
  4. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice as the base; top with grilled shrimp and guacamole. Drizzle with creamy sauce and garnish with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.
