  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
