  • 2 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for caramelizing)
  • 1/4 cup water (for sauce)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 sheets roasted seaweed nori

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice until the water runs clear. Cook with water in a rice cooker or pot.
  2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl; drizzle over cooked rice and mix gently.
  3. Slice Spam into thick pieces and fry in a skillet until crispy. Caramelize by adding soy sauce, sugar, and water; simmer until coated.
  4. Beat eggs and cook in a skillet to form an omelet; roll and cut into appropriate sizes.
