  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir-fry the beef until browned (3-5 minutes), then remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté the onion until softened (3-4 minutes), then add garlic and ginger for another minute.
  4. Add red bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and optional red pepper flakes.
  6. Return beef to the skillet, pour sauce over everything, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
