  • 1 tbsp chili paste

  • 2 bell peppers (green and red)
  • 2 cups jasmine or basmati rice
  • 4 cups water
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. Marinate chicken in soy sauce and chili paste for 10 minutes.

  5. Stir in sliced bell peppers; cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  6. Mix cornstarch slurry into the stir-fry; cook until thickened.
  7. Adjust seasoning if needed, then serve hot alongside the rice.
