  • garlic powder
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1 & 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, cottage cheese, thawed spinach, crumbled feta, diced onion, and melted butter.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg; stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish evenly.
